Congratulations
to our KJ 17 Baden team for an unbelievable performance at the Junior
Olympic
Volleyball Championships this last weekend in Dallas, TX.
After a very strong 3-1 start on Saturday and Sunday, the 17's dropped
their next two matches on Monday to a couple of top rated teams, TAV 17
Asics and Epic 17-1. This placed them into a challenge match at 6
pm that Monday evening with Vision 17 Gold. Pulling out a 3-2
victory (18-25, 26-24, 21-25, 25-17, 15-12), they earned one of eight
spots in the coveted Gold Bracket of the JOVC Open Division on Tuesday.
They dropped that game against Wave 17 Brent Spalding 1-3 (26-28, 25-16,
25-21, 25-19), placing them into a four way tie for 5th overall.
What a great way to end a spectacular season for this elite Junior
Volleyball team!! We look forward to an unbelievable 18's team
next year!!
