Your First Hour

Courtney Thompson and Ryan Hite have partnered in writing
a new book called "Your First Hour". It compiles the experiences
Courtney has had in the sport of Volleyball from the High School level
to the USA National Team, as well as the vast conditioning
experience of Ryan Hite. For additional details about the book and

Email Notification of Changes in KJ Website
There is a
new feature on the KJ website that will help keep you informed of
changes made on various pages throughout the season. When you
see this configuration on a specific page:
you can fill
in your email address where you want the notification to be sent,
click on "OK" and follow the directions from there. This
website is easy to set up and you can monitor and revise the pages
you want to be updated about. When a change is made to that
specific page you will be notified via email that the change has
been made. Currently this feature has been set up on all the
calendars as well as the Important News section on the left column
of this home page. Soon this feature will also be available on
all the "Recent News" sections on every specific team site. We
hope this helps so you won't miss important information changes
throughout the year.
